About us
General Renovations is a Miami based renovation company working across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We handle the indoor jobs most homeowners and landlords need done, give you the price in writing, and manage the work from start to finish.
You deal with one company
We are the company on your contract. You call us, not five different workers. We price the job, schedule the crews, and check on the work while it happens. If something goes wrong, it is our job to fix it.
Who does the work
Experienced crews who specialize in each trade do the work. A flooring crew does your floors and a tile crew does your tile. We choose them, check their insurance before they start, and stand behind the result.
How we price
You get a written price for each part of the job before anything starts. The price we quote is the price you pay. If something needs to change during the job, we price it and get your approval first.
What we do not do
We do not do roofing, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning work. In Florida those trades need a state license. If your job needs one, we will tell you before we quote.
