Common questions

If your question is not answered here, give us a call. We are happy to help.

What areas do you work in?

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can take the job.

How do I get a quote?

Fill out the quote form on this website or call us. Tell us what you need done. Photos and rough measurements help us give you an accurate price.

Does a quote cost anything?

No. There is no cost for a quote, and nothing is booked until you accept it.

What does the quote include?

A written price for each part of the job, covering materials, labor and timing. Because each part is priced separately, you can add or remove work and see exactly what it changes.

Do you come to the house before quoting?

When the job calls for it, yes. Many jobs can be priced accurately from photos and measurements. Once a job is booked, we always check the measurements in person before ordering materials.

How long will my job take?

It depends on the size of the job and what we find once old materials come out. One room of flooring and a full rental turnover are very different jobs. Your written quote includes a timeline for your specific job.

Who actually does the work?

Experienced crews who specialize in each trade. We choose them, schedule them and check on the work. You deal with us the whole time, because we are the company on your contract.

Are the crews insured?

Yes. Every crew carries its own insurance for the work it does, and we check it before they start. If you would like to see the insurance certificate for the crew on your job, just ask.

Who buys the materials?

Either way works. We can include materials in the quote, or you can buy your own and we quote the labor only. Tell us which you prefer when you request your quote.

How do payments work?

The payment schedule is written into your quote and agreed before any work begins. You will know what is due and when before you commit to anything.

What if something is not right at the end?

We walk through the finished work with you and make a list of anything that needs fixing. The job is not finished until everything on that list is done.

Do you work on rental properties?

Yes. Getting rental units ready between tenants is a regular part of our work, including paint, flooring and repairs across the whole unit.

Is there anything you do not do?

Yes. We do not do roofing, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning work. In Florida those trades need a state license. If your job needs one, we will tell you before we quote.
